This leader will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing relationships with employers and organizations that influence the adoption of health benefits solutions—including national brokers, benefits consultants, TPAs, purchaser coalitions, and care navigation platforms.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial relationship-builder with deep knowledge of the employer health benefits ecosystem and a track record of turning partnerships into revenue-generating channels.
What You’ll Do
Partnership Strategy & Ownership
Build Aradigm’s partnership strategy across direct-to-employers and ecosystem partners (i.e., brokers, consultants, TPAs, purchaser coalitions, and navigation/advocacy platforms)
Prioritize partners based on distribution potential, segment reach, and alignment with Aradigm’s go-to-market strategy.
Develop partner-specific value propositions, co-marketing frameworks, and go-to-market plans.
Sourcing & Closing Partnerships

Drive the full partnership lifecycle—from first outreach to contracting.
Negotiate commercial terms including referral structures, revenue share, co-selling motions, and fee-for-service components.
Partner Enablement & Success
Build scalable partner enablement: training, materials, co-branded collateral, ROI models, and messaging.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for partners, ensuring they understand Aradigm’s product, value, contracting model, and differentiation.
Support partners in bringing Aradigm to employer clients, including joining prospect calls, RFP responses, and renewal cycles.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Growth, Product, Actuarial/Underwriting, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
Surface partner insights that influence product roadmap, pricing strategy, and clinical programs.
Metrics & Accountability
Develop unified KPIs across referral volume, pipeline creation, partner engagement, and attributed closed-won lives.
Build dashboards to track partner performance and maintain a predictable partner-led revenue engine.

The Role
We’re looking for a senior data analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our data team. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll be working directly with messy, real-world healthcare data, building reliable reporting and analysis, and helping define data at Aradigm from the ground up.
You are primarily an analyst: someone who turns raw data into clear, trusted outputs. You’re not waiting for clean datasets or a defined roadmap. You’re comfortable owning end-to-end and building things the right way the first time. We work in-person in NYC. We'll consider exceptional remote candidates but have a strong preference for those based in or willing to relocate to NY.
What You’ll Do
Drive analytics and reporting: produce clear analytical outputs across formats including structured reports, ad hoc analysis, and dashboards that support clinical, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders
Work directly with claims data: ingest, clean, and model medical and pharmacy claims; understand how the data flows and where it breaks
Build and maintain dbt models in BigQuery that are reliable, well-documented, and trusted across the team
Apply statistical reasoning to program analytics: utilization trends, episode cost analysis, cohort comparisons, outlier identification
Partner cross-functionally: translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Contribute to data foundations: help define standards for quality, documentation, and governance as the team scales
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, working directly with claims data; you understand what a claim is, how it flows, and why it’s messy
Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt for data modeling
Experience with BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse
Strong data storytelling skills: comfortable producing clear analytical outputs across formats (structured reports, dashboards, ad hoc analysis)
Statistics fundamentals: distributions, significance, regression, and the ability to apply statistical reasoning to utilization or cost data
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments: you enjoy building from scratch
Nice to Haves
Experience with Python for modeling and analysis: statistical modeling, episode cost analysis, cohort work
Experience with actuarial or health economics analysis (trend, PMPM, cohort modeling)
Comfort using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a practical part of daily workflows
Background in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, or a related quantitative field
Compensation & Benefits
$135,000–$155,000 base salary, health coverage, equity, and 401(k)
Must be authorized to work in the United States; Aradigm does not sponsor work visas description
